Do I need to make an appointment?
You do not need to make an appointment to buy or sell precious metals at Argentor. We welcome you during our opening hours, from Monday to Thursday between 9 AM and 5 PM and on Friday between 9 AM and 1 PM.
Is cash payment possible?
Each customer can spend up to €3000 in cash per 30 days at our counter. Any outstanding amount must be paid via Bancontact at the counter or by bank transfer. However, it is not possible to pay for webshop orders with cash — these must be paid in full by bank transfer before the goods are delivered.
Does Argentor pay out in cash?
We may pay out up to €500 in cash to individuals. Any residual balance is paid out via bank transfer, or satisfied through an exchange. We are not allowed to pay out professional customers in cash. All payouts are made by bank transfer or through an exchange.
