As decided by the National Security Council, Argentor will be able to reopen on 11/05/2020. In order to make sure that this reopening runs as safely as possible for everybody we would like to ask you to take following measures and guidelines into account.
Plan your visit and the collection of your online order
A maximum of 10 people is allowed in our office at the same time. Please do not make your visit a family excursion and come alone! Groups and children will not be admitted in our office due to security measures.
To those who have placed an order before and during our closure and still have to pick it up in our office, we ask to remain patient. Our employees will contact you as soon as possible to schedule a date for the pick-up of your order. We kindly ask you to not come to our shop unless you have received a confirmation from us regarding about the date of collection.
Follow the instructions of our security guard
When entering our office, please wait until the security guard can help you. He will appoint you a seat in our waiting zone and assist you in taking a ticket at the kiosk.
Pay attention to your personal hygiene and the hygiene of the people around you
+ Disinfect your hands with the provided disinfecting gel upon entering our office,
+ Disinfect the surface at your counter with the provided disinfecting spray,
+ Throw used tissues in the provided bins,
+ Wear a face mask as much as possible in order to protect others around you.
Cash transactions are no longer possible for the time being
When selling to Argentor, the payment will be carried out by bank transfer, regardless of the amount to be paid. When buying from Argentor cash payments will neither be possible. If possible, place your order online and pay upfront by bank transfer. Paying by Bancontact/Mister Cash on the spot will be possible but take the limits of your debit card into account!
Availability gold bars and coins.
Gold bars from C.Hafner and Umicore are either in stock or expected soon! Also, all gold coins we offer are either in stock or in backorder at our suppliers. The estimated delivery delays are communicated per product on our webshop. Meanwhile, the selling premiums of the C.Hafner and Umicore gold bars are lowered again. Some international supply chains are, however, still experiencing difficulties due to several closures and transportation restrictions. Once the situation has fully returned to normal the selling premiums will do the same.

1. Adding precious metals to your shopping cart
Allereerst maakt u een keuze in de edelmetalen die u wenst te bestellen. U komt vervolgens in de caddy en ziet daarin het product dat u zojuist heeft toegevoegd. In de caddy kunt u de aantallen indien gewenst nog aanpassen.
Indien u verschillende producten wilt bestellen, gaat u vanuit de caddy terug naar de webwinkel en voegt u de resterende producten toe.
2. Your details
When you have added all the products you wish to order to your shopping cart, you click on the Order button. You start by filling out your details. If you have already placed an order with us before, you can log in using your account, if you have one. Next, you can select the shipping and payment methods.
3. Confirming your order
Finally, you check whether your order and your details are correct, you add any necessary remarks to your order and you confirm.
Customers who have a Belgian bank card, can transfer the money via a manual bank transfer. In that case, we must receive the payment within two working days or the transaction will be cancelled.
If you choose for the payment method iDeal (NL), you can pay directly after confirming your order. After payment, you will receive your payment confirmation and you will return to our website.
5. Order confirmation and invoice
After we have received your payment, you will automatically receive an order confirmation. The invoice will be sent afterwards. Also when you have confirmed your order and paid using iDeal, you will automatically receive an order confirmation.
6. Shipment or storage
Your precious metals will be shipped or, if applicable, stored directly (control account). Shipment will be done via courier Ferrari. Delivery will take place 24 hours after receiving your payment.
